Don Chan
Founder & Principal of TalentBridge, a boutique executive search and talent advisory firm focused on Web3, AI, fintech, and high-growth tech across APAC. I work directly with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams to build critical functions from zero to scale especially in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the wrong hire is expensive.
My strength is not just “filling roles” but understanding business models, market context, and growth intent, then designing the right talent strategy around it. I’m deeply embedded in the Asia ecosystem (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, China) and regularly advise clients on org design, early team structure, market entry hiring, and compensation benchmarking.
I operate very hands-on, founder-to-founder style, and I’m known for being sharp, direct, and commercially minded in how I approach talent.

Iris Zeng
Iris brings 8 years of combined talent acquisition and regional HR experience, with deep expertise in Southeast Asia.
She has built local teams from the ground up and helped implement regional HR frameworks covering compensation & benefits, policies, performance management, and learning & development, balancing regional consistency with local requirements. Iris also brings hands on experience with work pass eligibility assessments, applications, and local statutory processes.
Focus: engineering, product, compliance, marketing and business development roles.
